For the first time is his career, one of the most sought-after musical producers and DJ’s, the legendary Paul Oakenfold, will compose the original score for Aonix. For the thousands of people who live, breathe and thrive on music, Paul Oakenfold is, by all accounts, in a class by himself. To this day, Oakenfold remains one of the most respected producers of electronic dance music in the business. Three time award-winner of “Best DJ In The World”, Paul Oakenfold will take on the element of sound for Aonix, transporting the audience into a new realm of consciousness. Working with such greats as Madonna, U2, Snoop Dog, and movies like Tim Buton’s Planet of the Apes, and John Travolta’s Swordfish, Paul Oakenfold’s obvious next step in his career will be to take on scoring live performance with Aonix.

Neuroscientist, Bill Scott, has joined the creative team as Image Designer. Using a new cutting-edge technology called BrainPaint, some of the interactive images that will be used in the multimedia portions of Aonix will come from Electroencephalographs (sensors that monitor brain activity). This technique will transform brain signals into incredible interactive moving visual art. He has trained top researchers in the fields of cognitive neuroscience behavior in the use of alpha-theta protocols; Alpha-Theta waves characterize respectively states of mind of relaxation and creativity.

Emeric Epstein was literally born and raised in an audio/visual family environment. A former student at the University of Montreal, Canada, Emric has completed a masters degree in computer sciences. Combining his natural predisposition to audio-visuals and his education in computer technology, he has founded a company called VYV, which specializes in live multimedia production systems. This will be the core of the Aonix “site” sense. Emric has been published in several scientific journals and has helped VYV become one of the most advance multimedia show control system in the world. Among the projects that VYV has driven in the past 5 years, the most famous are: Justin Timberlake’s Future Sex, Cirque du Soleil’s Delirium, and the National Museum of Singapore’s Drum and Temasek.
